Whilst still in her early twenties, Claire took her first steps into business ownership, a decision that placed her on a path that saw Claire gain valuable experience in both retail and publishing, ultimately running a successful magazine.  A significant shift for Claire came when she ventured into the industry of events, almost 25 years ago. Whilst working on live events, Claire discovered an opportunity to serve the exhibition organisers and their on site sales teams. Claire then set about designing her approach which was centred around building motivated, focused and engaging teams to work on exhibitions, around the globe. Sometimes the ideas are simple, but it takes someone to not only spot the gap, but to have the energy and drive to do something about it. Claire is a leading light in business circles and her counsel is delivered with her trademark enthusiasm.
